Lasagna Roll

Ingredients

  • 10 uncooked lasagna noodles
  • 1 package (19.5 oz.) Italian sausage, casing removed
  • 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 jar (26 oz.) spaghetti sauce
  • 1 3/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook lasagna noodles. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook sausage until no longer pink.

Step 2

Stir in cream cheese and 1/3 cup spaghetti sauce.

Step 3

Drain noodles and spread 1/4 meat mixture on each noodle. Sprinkle with 2 tbsp of cheese and carefully roll up.

Step 4

Spread 2/3 cup spaghetti sauce in an ungreased 13 x 9 baking dish. Place roll-ups seam down into dish. Top with remaining cheese and sauce.

Step 5

Cover and bake at 350F for 20 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for 10-15 minutes, or until bubbly.
