- 1 can (14.5 oz.) chicken broth
- 1 cup unsweetened apple juice
- 1/2 cup dijon mustard
- 6 tbsp. cornstarch
- 6 tbsp. cold water

Preparation
Step 1
Place pork in slow cooker. In small bowl, combine broth, apple juice, and mustard.
Step 2
Pour over pork and cook 4-5 hours, or until tender. Remove roast and keep warm.
Step 3
Strain cooking juices and skim fat. Combine cornstarch and water until smooth. Stir into juices.
Step 4
Bring mixture to a boil and cook for 2 minutes, or until thick.
Step 5
Serve.
