Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, fully cooked ham steaks
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup honey mustard
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup thinly-sliced onions

Preparation

Step 1

Place ham steaks in large skillet. In a small bowl, combine water and honey mustard. Pour over ham.

Step 2

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and cook 3-5 minutes on each side.

Step 3

Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and onions.

Step 4

Pour mixture over ham steaks and serve.
