Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz) baguette roll
  • 12 frozen Italian-style meatballs
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup garlic/herb cheese spread
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 jar (14-oz) pizza sauce
  • 1 tbsp Italian bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400F. Coat 9 x 9 baking dish with cooking spray.

Step 2

Cut 6-8 slices from baguette and place in dish tightly to fit.

Step 3

Cook meatballs following package instructions

Step 4

Combine 1 cup mozzarella cheese, garlic/herb spread, and mayonnaise. Spread over bread.

Step 5

Bake 6-7 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

Step 6

Stir pizza sauce into meatballs and spoon over top of bread. Top with remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with bread crumbs.

Step 7

Bake 4-5 minutes or until cheese melts and sauce is hot.
