- Shredded cheese (any kind)
- canadian bacon (you can use any meat. I've used turkey and just regular ham before).

Preparation
Step 1
Place one slice of Canadian Bacon in each cup of the muffin pan.
Step 2
Next, crack egg into the muffin pan on top of the Canadian bacon. Repeat with remaining eggs. Some of the egg white may leak into the tin around the Canadian Bacon, and this is fine.
Step 3
sprinkle cheese onto each of the canadian bacon.
Step 4
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10 - 15 minutes.
