Ingredients

  • 2 large cloves crushed,1 tsp of salt,dried thyme, and dried rosemary,1/2 tsp black pepper,1 4 lb trimmed, boneless beef eye roast

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°

Step 2

Mix garlic, salt,thyme, rosemary, and pepper, rub over roast,

Step 3

Roast flat side up on rack in large roasting pan

Step 4

Roast 1 1/2 hour for medium rare longer for well done
