Ingredients
- 6 Boneless Chicken Thighs
- 1 Can of Cream of Celery
- 1 Can of Cream of Mushroom
- 1 (12 oz) pkg of refrigerated biscuit dough ( the cheap kind)`

Preparation
Step 1
In a large pot over high heat, combine the chicken with water to cover the chicken. Cover the pot and boil for 15 to 20 minutes, or until done.
Step 2
Allow chicken to cool and reserve 3 cups of the broth from the pot.
Step 3
Pull the chicken into pieces and then return it to the pot.
Step 4
Reduce heat to medium and add the cans of condensed soup.
Step 5
Season with Salt & Pepper.
Step 6
Pull the biscuit dough into pieces and add to the soup.
Step 7
Simmer over medium heat for 7 to 8 minutes, or until the dough is cooked through.
