Ingredients
- 5 Sweet Potatoes
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of margarine
- 1 Tbsp of Vanilla
- 2 pinches of ground cinnamon
- 1 (10.5 oz) pkg miniature marshmallows

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2
Peel the potatoes and slice. Boil the potatoes in water until tender.
Step 3
In a large bowl, blend the potatoes until creamy.
Step 4
Stir in the butter, brown sugar, vanilla to taste and a dash of ground cinnamon. Spread into a 9x13 pan.
Step 5
Spread the mixture into a 9x13 pan.
Step 6
Sprinkle the miniature marshmallows over the top & bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
