Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn; not drained
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together. Mix well to get out any lumps. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until golden brown.
