Cheesy Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef or 1 pound beef stew meat
- 3 cups medium egg noodles, uncooked
- 1/2 pound diced Velveeta cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef in large skillet, drain.
Step 2
Stir in 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Add noodles. Reduce heat, cover and simmer about 8 minutes or until noodles are tender.
Step 4
Add cheese, soup and pepper. Cook over medium heat until cheese is melted. Stir frequently.
