1 C. butter
1 egg
1 TB vanilla
2 1/4 C. flour
1 tsp baking soda

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven to 350 degrees.In a large bowl, mix sugar and butter. Beat in egg and vanilla until light. Mix in flour and soda. Add a bit of milk till dough is stiff enough for drop cookies . Drop by the TB on to greased cookie sheet and bake till brown around the edges
