Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream the cream cheese with the sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, beat until fluffy.
Step 2
Using a tart pan, add liners and place a vanilla wafer in each liner. Fill 3/4 full with the cream cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.
You can use canned cherry/blueberry pie filling to top the tarts. Or stir in chocolate or strawberry syrup before baking.
