Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 cups (12 oz) dark chocolate chips
- 2 cup (1/2 pint) heavy whipping cream

Preparation
Step 1
Place marshmallows and milk into microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30 minute increments until mixture is smooth when stirred. Add chocolate chips, stir until melted and smooth. May need to microwave an additional 15 seconds. Spread 1 cup of the chocolate mixture over pie crust, refrigerate.
Step 2
Cool the remainder of the chocolate mixture to room temperature. Beat whipping cream until stiff, gradually blend into chocolate mixture, combine thoroughly. Spread over chocolate later in pie crust. Cover and refrigerate 4-6 hours, until well chilled.
You can top with whipped cream and chocolate curls if desired.
