20 minute Savory Beef Stew

Ingredients

  • 1 T. veg oil
  • 1 lb boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into cubes
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can french onion soup
  • 1 T. worcestershire sauce
  • 1 24 oz. bag of frozen vegs for stew

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in skillet. Add beef and cook until browned and juices evaporate, stirring often. Add soups, sauce and vegs. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until vegs are tender.
