- 4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup lard
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp salt
- warm water

Preparation
Step 1
Mix dry ingredients. Cut in lard until crumbly.
Step 2
Add enough warm water to make a nice dough. Should be fairly soft but not sticky. Roll out and fry on ungreased skillet.
