- 2-3 cans black eyed peas
- 2 cans maters
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Cook rice like it says on the package. Heat up 2-3 cans black eyed peas in another pan. Cook serperatly the maters, pepper, onion, and seasoning.
Step 2
Serve rice topped with peas and pot licker, then slop mater mixture on top of it all.
