Ingredients

  • 1 (13 oz.) marshmallow cream
  • 1 1/2 cups of sugar
  • 2/3 cup of evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 package (12 oz.) of milk chocolate morsels
  • 1 cup (6 oz.) of semi sweet chocolate morsels
  • 1/2 cup of chopped nuts
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

In a large sauce pan, combine marshmallow cream, sugar, milk, butter, and salt. Bring to a full boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes.

Step 2

Remove pan from heat. Add chocolate morsels, stir until melted. Add nuts and vanilla.

Step 3

Pour into foil-lined 8X8 pan. Chill until set, 2 hours.

Yields 2 1/2 lbs of candy. Nuts not required.
