Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. Signature Balsamic Vinegrette
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp. grainy Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 4 skinless salmon fillets (1 lb)
Preparation
Step 1
MIX all ingredients except fish; pour over fish in shallow dish. Turn to evenly coat both sides of each fillet. Refrigerate fish for 30 min. to marinate.
Step 2
HEAT oven to 450°F. Remove fish from marinade. Place fish in single layer in shallow foil-lined pan. Pour marinade over fish. Sprinkle salt and pepper
BAKE 8 to 10 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Do not over cook
