  • 1 Tbsp Frank's Hot Sauce
  • 4 Grape Tomatoes, Cut Into 4's
  • 1/4 Cup Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1/2 Nugget Of Frozen Spinach, Defrosted in Micro & Squeezed
  • 1 Whole Wheat Kaiser Buns (Unsplit)
  • 1 Slice Deli Thin Sliced Chicken Breast, Torn Into Pieces
  • 1 Oz (About 1/4 cup) Of Kraft Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Egg

Step 1

HEAT oven to 425
CUT thin slice off top of bun. Hollow out inside, leaving 3/4-inch-thick shell. Place buns on baking sheet. Brush inside and outside with olive oil. Add spinach, than tomatoes, than mushrooms, than chicken, than half the cheese, and a bit of hot sauce. Crack 1 egg over filling. Cover loosely with foil.
BAKE 15 min. or until eggs are set. Top with remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, 3 min. or until cheese is melted. Let stand 3 min. before serving.

Save unused bread in the freezer for future use for stuffing, meatloaf or meatballs.
Have with a side of fruit or/and veggies.
