Ingredients

  • 1 envelope onion dry soup mix
  • 1 (3 pound) beef chunk roast
  • 1 (16 oz) can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsps. butter
  • 2 tbsps. flour

Preparation

Step 1

Place soup mix on bottom of pot. Place roast on top and place cranberry sauce on top of roast.

Step 2

Cover and cook 8 hours on low heat. Remove roast and set aside.

Step 3

Set slow cooker on high. Whisk together butter and flour and slowly mix into remaining in the slow cooker to create thick gravy. Serve with roast.
