Salmon with Creamy Basil Sauce

Ingredients
- Salmon:
- 2 tbsps. olive oil
- 2 tbsps. lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- Sauce:
- Fresh Basil leaves
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsps. butter
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Combine basil, wine, garlic in a blender - puree. Transfer to heavy cream and stir in. Simmer medium heat.
Step 2
Reduce by half, 15 mins. Whisk in butter, lemon juice and salt and pepper.
Step 3
Serve with rice.
