Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 stick softened butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups pecan halves
  • 1 pre-made pie crust

Preparation

Step 1

heat oven to 350

Step 2

beat the eggs with a mixer until fluffy, approximately 8 min.

Step 3

in another bowl mix together sugar, butter, salt, vanilla and syrups. Gently fold this into eggs. Gently fold in pecans. Pour the filling into pie crust.

Step 4

Bake for 40-50 minutes until the filling is set and no longer runny in the center.

Step 5

Allow to cool completely before serving.
