Chocolate Pudding Cake

You put in oven as cake on bottom/sauce on top and when it's finished cooking...VOILA!...it inverted itself to pudding on bottom/cake on top.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1/4 cup coconut (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Stir together flour, the 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tbsp of the cocoa powder, and the baking powder. Add milk, oil, and vanilla. Stir till smooth. Stir in nuts, and coconut (optional).
Step 2
Transfer batter to a 1 quart casserole. Combine the 1/3 cup sugar and remaining cocoa powder. Gradually stir in boiling water. Pour evenly over batter.
Step 3
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipping cream. Serves 4.
