Ingredients

  • 2 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 oz. active dry yeast
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • 1tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • dash pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. parm. cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups mozza. cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Add yeast and water into a bowl and let sit until bubbles form (about 10 mins.).

Step 2

I another bowl, add flour, salt, sugar, garlic, oregano, thyme basil and pepper.

Step 3

Add 1 Tbsp. oil and yeast mixture. Kneed until it is all put together. Coat in olive oil and let sit for 25 minutes in a warm place.

Step 4

Kneed dough and form into a shape (make dips with the tips of your fingers) on a lined, greased baking sheet.

Step 5

Add more olive oil and add cheeses on top.

Step 6

Bake for 15 minutes.
