Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts/thighs
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. rosemary
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Start with putting chicken, skin side down, on a heated pan.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix together, lemon juice, olive oil, rosemary, and garlic powder.
Step 3
Add a 1/3 of the mixture on top of chicken and add salt and pepper. Do this again when you flip over chicken ( about 7 minutes each side).
Step 4
Set oven to 450 degrees and add the rest of mixture to the chicken in the pan.
Step 5
Bake until the meat is no longer pink and fully cooked (10 minutes).
