Butter Tart Filling

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 1/4 c melted butter
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 c raisins or currants (or less)

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl beat together sugar, butter, eggs, vinigar and vanilla. divide currants evenly amoung 24 mini tart shells. pour some of beaten mixture over each, filling 3/4 full. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 25-30 min.
