                    Ingredients
- Jumbo shells
 - 2 eggs
 - 2 15oz containers of Ricotta
 - 2 cups (8oz) shredded Mozzarella
 - 1 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
 - 2 tbsp dried parsley
 - 1 tbsp dried basil
 - 1 tsp salt
 - 3 cups spaghetti sauce
 
Preparation
Step 1
cook shells for 15 mins. drain and set aside
Step 2
in medium bowl beat eggs lightly and stir in cheeses, parsley, basil and salt
Step 3
sopon about one tablespoon of the cheese mixture into each shell
Step 4
put some sauce on bottom of 13x9 baking dish, put shells in, and top with sauce
Step 5
sprinkle extra Parmesan cheese on top
Step 6
cook at 350 for 25-30 minutes
