Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup butter/margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup mashed bananas (about 3 medium)
- 4 Tbsp sour milk or butter milk (2 Tbsp vinegar and 2 Tbsp milk)
- Butterscotch Fudge Icing:
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 3 Tbsp milk
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 2/3 cup icing sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl.
Step 2
Cream sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla until light.
Step 3
Combine mashed bananas and sour milk with beater until mushy.
Step 4
Add blended dry ingredients and bananas to creme mixture beginning and ending with dry ingredients.
Step 5
Pour into greased and lightly floured 9-inch pan.
Step 6
Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes.
Step 7
Icing:
Combine butter, milk, and brown sugar over medium heat until dissolved. Remove from heat. Add icing sugar and vanilla. Beat until creamy.
