Ingredients
- Saltine crackers
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 (12oz.) package chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Cover cookie sheet with a layer of saltine crackers, salt side up.
Step 2
Cook butter and sugar on top of stove in saucepan until it turns a caramel colour. Pour over crackers.
Bake in 350 F oven for 6-8 minutes, until bubbly.
Step 3
Sprinkle with chocolate chips. When chocolate is shiny, spread out to make an even layer over crackers.
Step 4
Place in freezer for 1/2 hour. Remove from freezer an lift out foil. Break into bite size pieces. Store in freezer.
