- Cake:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- 4 eggs
- ¾ cup vegetable oil
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup orange juice
- ½ cup marmalade
- 3 cups grated carrots
- Icing:
- 1 package cream cheese
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ lemon rind, grated
- ¼ cup sugar

Step 1
Cake: Combine all ingredients.
Step 2
Pour batter into a greased and floured 8” pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
