- 2 tsp. sugar
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 2 tblsp. vegetable oil

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat frying pan on low-medium heat. Grease pan with butter or oil.
Step 2
Sift together dry ingredients. In separate bowl, combine liquids and egg.
Step 3
Add dry ingredients to liquid and mix until just blended.
Step 4
Put batter to heated pan with 1/4 or 1/3 measuring cup. Fry to preferred darkness.
When all air bubbles have reached the surface of pancake and sides are glossy, flip.
