Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 3/4 c. peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- pinch of salt

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add peanut butter, creaming thoroughly. Beat in egg and vanilla.
Step 2
In separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, soda, and salt.
Step 3
Blend dry ingredients into creamed mixture.
Step 4
Shame into small balls on slightly greased baking sheets and flatten with forks. Once baked, cool on baking sheets and then on racks.
