Ingredients

  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken
  • 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast s (1 lb./450 g), pounded to 1/2-inch thickness
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. non-hydrogenated margarine , melted

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400ºF.

Step 2

Add hot water to stuffing mix; stir just until moistened.

Step 3

Place chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish. Mix juice, sugar and margarine until blended; pour over chicken. Top with stuffing.

Step 4

Bake 30 min. or until chicken is done (170°F).
