Ingredients
- DIP
- 1/2 cup dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tbs mayo
- TOPPINGS
- 3 1/2 cups crushed cornflakes
- BATTER
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 3 large potatoes mashed
- 2 cups finely chopped ham
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
mix all dip ingredient together in small bowl then cover and place in fridge.
Step 2
preheat oven to 350. mix all batter ingredient together in large bowl.
Step 3
crush cornflakes in large flat plate.
Step 4
shape batter mix into 1 inch balls and roll in cornflakes. place on cookie sheet and place in oven for 30 minutes.
