Ingredients
- Boneless chicken – 500 gm ( cut into 3/4 inch cubes)
- Curd – 50 gm. ( without water)
- Onion paste – 1 tbsp.
- Fried onion paste – 2 tbsp.
- Garam masala powder – 2 tsp
- Coconut paste – 2 tsp
- chaat masala – 1 tbsp.
- Red chilly powder – 2 tsp
- Oil
- Salt

Step 1
Mix all the above except salt and oil and marinade for 3-4 hrs
Mix salt and oil, put on seekh ( skewers) and grill it till turns golden red.
Sprinkle some chaat masala. Serve with onion rings, lemon pieces, and sauce.
