  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together sugar and butter then add 1 egg at a time.

Step 2

Combine flour and baking powder to mixture. Finally stir in milk until batter is smooth.

Step 3

Pour into 9x9 pan or 12 cupcakes. Bake at 350' for 30-40 minutes for a cake or 20-25 for cupcakes
