Ingredients
- 4 small slices whole grain bread, ends trimmed
- 1 can solid light tuna packed in oil
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 small stalk celery finely chopped
- 1 top from green onion, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- pinch cayenne pepper
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Break up tuna with a fork into smaller chunks. Mix in mayonnaise, celery, green onion, oregano, and cayenne. Taste and add salt and pepper. Mix again.
Step 2
Divide tuna mixture into four portions and spread each portion onto one slice of bread. Top each portion with another slice of bread. Cut each sandwich into four triangles. Serve.
