- 2 cups flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 cups shredded carrots

Mix wet and dry ingredients separately, leave out carrots. Mix wet and dry ingredients until moistened then fold in carrots.
