Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400° F. Scrub the potatoes under water and pierce each with the tines of a fork.

Step 2

Bake until tender, about 45 minutes.

Step 3

Cut each potato in half. Scoop out the insides and stir in the butter and cheese.

Step 4

Spoon the mixture back into the potato halves, creating a hollow in each center.

Step 5
