Ingredients

1/2 butter softened
1 c sugar
2 eggs
4 ounces cream cheese
Vanilla
2 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 kosher salt
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 strawberries chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Grease loaf pan.
Mix butter, cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer. Add eggs and vanilla.
Mix remainder of ingredients leaving buttermilk for last. Fold milk in. Fold in strawberries.
Bake 350* 50-60 min.
