Roasted Baby Ribs

Ingredients
- 1. Baby rib 1 big piece 900g, cut into two pieces and rinse well;
- 2. Marinate ingredient: 3.5T brown sugar, 1T Paprika (McCormick) and 1/2T salt, mix well;
- 3. Liquid sauce: 1T Chinese cooking wine, 3 tablespoon Kikkoman light soy sauce, 2t Chinese vinegar, 1.5T fresh minced garlic and 3/4C water;
- 1C=240ml, 1t=5ml and 1T=15 ml

Preparation
Step 1
One or two days ahead: Put two pieces cleaned baby ribs in a 8″x12″ glass baking dish, coat both sides evenly with marinate ingredients listed in ingredient 2, cover the baking dish with food wrap and store in a fridge for 24-48 hours.
Step 2
Preheated oven to 375°F. Remove food wrap and add in all liquid ingredients and cover the dish with aluminium foil firmly.
Step 3
In a preheated oven bake at 375°F for 1hour and 30 minutes.
Step 4
Remove foil and cut between bones into individual pieces before serving.
