Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup margarine
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 cups chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
Cream shortening, brown and white sugars and vanilla. Add eggs and beat well.
Step 2
Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add tio cream mixture
Step 3
Add chocolate chips, then drop teaspoon full of mixture onto ungreased cookie sheet. Then bake on 375 for 10 minutes or until light brown.
Step 4
Cool slightly before removing from sheet.
You can substitute flour for Gluten Free Flour
