  • 1 cup roasted peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • ½ teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon water

Preparation

Step 1

Place dates, peanuts, cacao powder, salt, vanilla and water in a food processor
Pulse on high speed until smooth
Remove mixture from food processor and roll into little balls
Serve
Note: if your dates are dry, add up to one additional tablespoon of water so they hold together better
