Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (14 1/2 oz ) stewed tomatoes, cut up
  • 1 can rotel
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 can Mexicorn
  • 2 cans (4 oz each) chopped green chiles
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 3 T. chili powder
  • 1 t. ground cumin
  • 1/2 t. dried minced garlic
