Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground veal
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup romano cheese
- 1 1/2 tablespoon chopped parsley
- salt
- black pepper
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 cup olive oil

Step 1
combine beef, veal, pork. Add garlic, eggs, cheese, parsley, salt, pepper

Add bread crumbs and water 1/2 cup at a time

shape into meatballs
