Ingredients
- 2 cups of cooked white rice
- 3 eggs
- 12 jumbo shrimp
- 2 chicken breasts or thighs
- 1/2 cup of green peas
- 1 medium tomato
- 1/2 small onion
- 2 teaspoon sugar or honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt or chicken powder
- 2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or seasme oil
- 1/2 cup ketchup or canned whole tomatoes blended

Preparation
Step 1
To make the white sauce add 2 teaspoon cornstarch dissolved in 1 cup of water
Step 2
Separate egg yolks and egg whites
Step 3
Combine chicken with sugar, salt, cornstarch and oil
Step 4
Heat wok and add 1 tablespoon oil and sprinkle with salt. Add rice and break it apart. Add egg yolk and mix with rice. plate the rice on a serving platter with high sides
Step 5
heat 1/2 teaspoon of oil and stir fry peas. Remove and set aside.
Step 6
Add Shrimp and Cook. Add egg whites and sauce solution as well as 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Plate this over one side of the rice
Step 7
Add onion to the empty wok and cook until brown. Add chicken and cook until chicken is nearly done. Add ketchup and mix. Flavour with sugar and then spoon this on the other side of the rice, trying to make the ying yang symbol if possible.
