Ingredients

  • 1 pkg of Jiffy biscuit mix
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup (4oz)
  • 1/3 cup of milk
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 cans of mixed vegetables, drained
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 cans of cooked chicken, drained, diced
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg lightly beaten

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees; Grease an 8" square pan.

Step 2

Mix soup and 1/3 cup milk together.

Step 3

Slowly add in flour.

Step 4

Stir in mixed vegetables, onions, seasoned salt, garlic powder & chicken.

Step 5

Pour into greased pan.

Step 6

Mix biscuit mix, 1/2 cup of milk & egg. Pour over vegetable mixture.

Step 7

Bake for 25-30 mins or until biscuit is golden brown.

Step 8

Take out and let cool for 5-10 mins.
