Ingredients
- 1 lb navy beans, soaked overnight, rinsed and drained
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 orange pepper, chopped
- 4 C vegetable broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 can diced pineapple, drained
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp cumin
- 3/4 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper

Step 1
Add beans, onion and peppers to crock pot. Cover with broth. Cook on high heat for 3-4 hrs.
Step 2
Add remaining ingredients. Cook 45 mins longer.
