Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 (12 oz.) package chocolate chips (or)
- M & M's, walnuts

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F. Beat egg whites until frothy, slowly adding sugar. Continue beating until egg whites are very stiff.
Step 2
Carefully fold in chocolate chips and/or combination of nuts and M & M's. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
Step 3
Turn oven off, place cookies on racks. Do not open oven door for at least 5 hours or overnight.
