Ingredients
- Crust:
- 260g Digistive cookies
- 1/3 cupbutter, softened
- 2 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2cupsugar
- 1 1/2Tbsp.flour
- 1/2Tbsp.vanilla
- 1/2 cupsour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1can ( 250mL) cherry pie filling
Preparation
Step 1
HEAT oven to 325°F
Step 2
Crust:
Put the digestive cookies in the food processor until they become crumbs ,and stir the butter. then press onto bottom 8.5 inch spring pan.
Step 3
Filling:
Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until well blended.
Add sour cream; mix well.
Add the eggs one at a time, and beat on low speed just until blended.
Pour over crust.
Step 4
Bake for 40 to 45 min, then let it Cool. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Step 5
Top with Cherry pie filling and serve.
